A Fun and Enriching Summer Program for Every Child

Summer break is a time to rest and relax, but it’s also a time when children can reap the rewards of being active and engaged. Children will have a safe and nurturing environment to enjoy the summer season and keep learning and growing through play in the Kinderssori Academy Preschool Summer Program.

We do a balance of planned activities and free play so that throughout the Summer children enjoy a healthy mix of structure and fun. Children are engaged in play and activities which promote their development, either outside the home or in creative activities, and parents can go to work or attend to other tasks without worrying about their child’s care.

We use a Montessori approach during our summer school program, and meals are provided in the fee; no snacks or lunches are required.

Summer is a time for children to keep building on the skills children gained during the school year. I love how children keep learning. Our program includes hands‑on activities that support problem-solving, creativity and curiosity all while keeping things fun and engaging.

Staff encourage children to explore, ask questions and try things while also making time for play, movement and social interaction with other children in the program.

A routine helps children feel secure, even during the more relaxed summer months. Our daily schedule includes time for meals, outdoor play, group activities, and quiet time, keeping children engaged from drop-off until pickup.
